Moldovan Government

The Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) is the central artery — twelve programmes, a 300 million MDL budget for 2026 and 203M MDL already approved for 432 projects in January–September. Since September calls open monthly: the first working day, for five working days or until the money runs out. Agriculture runs on a separate track through AIPA.

Several ODA components (green transition, youth start-up, tourism, value chains) have spent their 2026 budget. The November window is the last ODA call of 2026; new budgets usually arrive in spring.
